University of Liechtenstein offers further legal training
The University of Liechtenstein has organized a further training seminar for lawyers on June 22. The focus is on drafting legal documents in connection with criminal procedural and civil procedural law. Several experts will be on hand to share their expertise
The Chair of Company, Foundation and Trust Law at the University of Liechtenstein has organized a further training seminar that will be held on June 22. This is aimed at lawyers and will focus on the correct way to draft legal documents in the area of criminal procedural and civil procedural law in Liechtenstein.
As part of the course, several experts will give talks, the University writes in a press release. These expert speakers include, for example, Wilhelm Ungerank, who will share his long-standing expertise and experience as a judge at the Fürstliche Obergericht in the capital city of Vaduz. Wigbert Zimmermann, a judge at the Oberste Gerichtshof Liechtenstein and Vice-President of the Oberlandesgericht Innsbruck in Austria, will also be taking part in the seminar.
The further training course is designed to ensure that the participating lawyers possess up-to-date knowledge, which will allow them to perform their duties efficiently in court.
