Rendering of accounts

Companies in Liechtenstein are obliged to keep proper accounts. Depending on the size and legal form of the company, concise or detailed information about the financial year must be provided and annual financial statements must be published. Small and medium-sized enterprises, in particular, enjoy exemptions.
