Proof of capital
The aim of the proof of capital is to prove that the founder of an enterprise actually has the capital required for the formation of the enterprise.
By means of the proof of capital, it is ensured that the required financial means are both available and lawful.
A known bank must issue the proof of capital. However, this bank need not have its registered office in Liechtenstein. There are different formats for a proof of capital. These can include a bank letter, a SWIFT confirmation or account statements.
