Bonyf pursues stock exchange listing
The dental hygiene firm Bonyf from Vaduz in Liechtenstein is to be listed on the Paris stock exchange. Trading on the Euronext Access Paris is set to begin on March 17. The unit price per Bonyf share amounts to 12 euros.
The dental technology firm Bonyf is conducting an IPO in the French capital Paris. According to a press release, shares in the Vaduz-based Bonyf will be listed for trading on the Euronext Access Paris from March 17 onwards. Shares in the company will be listed as bonyf NV and carry the ticker symbol MLBON.
For the IPO, all 588,600 shares in the capital will be listed at a unit price of 12 euros each, the press release states. The market capitalization at the time of the admission of bonyf NV will be 7,063,200 euros. At present, founder Jean-Pierre Bogaert owns 50.2 percent of the company, with his wife Ginette Buyle holding a stake of 49.8 percent. According to information from the company itself, Bonyf generated sales of just under 2.1 million euros in the 2021 financial year, which lasted just ten months for the company, resulting in a profit of 157,500 euros.
“The admission of bonyf NV’s shares on Euronext Access Paris is a major milestone in the Company’s development”, comments Jean-Pierre Bogaert, Founder and CEO, in the press release. The listing will also serve to raise the profile of Bonyf and facilitate access to new customers, particularly at international level.
After decades of innovation in the area of research and development as well as quality certification, Bonyf is now at an important strategic turning point in its history, Bogaert continues. “We are confident in our ability to deliver returns on our investments in the years ahead and this stock market listing will provide further future opportunities to raise capital”, he concludes.
Bonyf oral care products are sold in 36 countries. Research and development activities are carried out in Liechtenstein, with production located in Switzerland. The holding company bonyf NV, which owns all the patents, is based in Belgium.
