The Hilti Group has again been recognized as one of Europe’s best employers in 2019 by the consultancy and research institute Great Place to Work. The Liechtenstein-based tool manufacturer performed well in particular due to its personnel development opportunities.

Hilti has secured 24th place in the Great Place to Work Award rankings for 2019 in the category of multinational companies, as revealed by the Hilti Group in a press release. Great Place to Work, an international consultancy and research institute, used anonymous statements from employees at the companies surveyed in order to produce its rankings. The statements show that Hilti scored well in particular due to the “varied, cross-departmental and cross-country development opportunities” for employees at the Liechtenstein-based tool manufacturer, as explained by Hilti in its press release.
Sabine Krauss, Head of Global Human Resources at Hilti, was quoted in the press release: “It is important to us that we live a corporate culture in which everyone can incorporate all of their experiences, and where people can realize their potential while continuing to develop themselves further”. This press release outlined that Hilti also received high marks on topics such work-life balance, equal opportunities and diversity.
