Hilti has inaugurated the third new office building at its campus in Schaan. At the start of the new year, around 200 employees moved into their new workspaces in the Central Office Building.

Step by step, Hilti is working on the modernization of its Group headquarters in Schaan. As the tool construction equipment manufacturer writes in a press release, the third new building on the campus was opened at the start of 2020. The Central Office Building is home to approximately 200 employees, where they are able to organize their workspace in line with their respective needs.

The new working environment aims to promote innovation and collaboration. Jahangir Doongaji, Member of the Executive Board at the Hilti Group, was quoted in the press release: “It is really important to us to support the creativity and wealth of ideas from our employees by way of an appealing, modern working environment. The flexible working environment offers them the opportunity to develop”. In this regard, the location of Schaan should become more attractive for global talents.

The refurbishment of the Group headquarters began in 2014 with the Innovation Center. In 2015, the new main administration building followed. The fourth and last new building, the Northern Office Building, should be completed by the end of 2020. By 2022, a new parkland will be completed, Hilti will be investing around 100 million Swiss francs in the modernization of its campus.
