Ivoclar Vivadent has been awarded the special prize for youth development by Great Place to Work for the second time. The provider of solutions for high-quality dental applications was also the best workplace for apprentices in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for 2021.

Ivoclar Vivadent has received the special prize for youth development for the second time. Every year, the organization Great Place to Work uses this to certify one company as the best workplace for apprentices in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Companies with a diverse, creative and original training concept qualify for this award.

The evaluation also includes apprentices’ own assessments of their training. How they are supported professionally, personally, and in terms of their health are important as well. According to information from Ivoclar Vivadent, the company also stood out with its “unique” training and continued training program for trainers. The jury at Great Place to Work Switzerland gave Ivoclar Vivadent high scores for all of these criteria. Aleksandar Toth, Head of Vocational Training, says: “We are honored and are unbelievably proud.”

Ivoclar Vivadent has already received the title of “best workplace for apprentices in Switzerland” and the special prize for youth development back in 2018. At the start of last year, Great Place to Work also honored the Liechtenstein-based company with the Great Start 2020! award.
