The consulting institute Great Place to Work has named LGT in Liechtenstein and Switzerland as one of the best employers. The bank owned by the royal family of Liechtenstein was also certified as a successful employer in other locations.

LGT Switzerland reports in a press release that the consulting institute Great Place to Work has named LGT Group as one of the best employers at its locations in Liechtenstein and Switzerland. It goes on to add that the bank owned by the royal family of Liechtenstein was also certified as a successful employer in other locations. Classification as a “Great Place to Work” involves an employee survey and assessment of the management of the companies taking part.
LGT explains that 91 percent of employees in Liechtenstein and Switzerland took part in the anonymous survey. The bank scored particularly well for its welcoming culture and honorable, ethical actions by management. With regard to the assessment of management, the consulting institute praised LGT for transparent information and rapid integration of new employees by management.
Roland Schubert, CEO LGT Bank in Liechtenstein, is quoted in the press release, saying: "This designation shows that we have the right conditions in place and offer our employees an ideal working environment that enables not only the company to continue to develop, but also the employees.” Heinrich Henckel, CEO LGT Bank Switzerland, explains that he views the external assessment as “an important way of determining where we can further improve” adding that these results show “that we can keep pace with the best employers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.”
