In August 2019, the Entrepreneur Of The Year Award will be presented in Liechtenstein for the fifth time. The prize is awarded by the Liechtenstein government and the consulting firm EY. Companies from all sectors can enter.

Business owners with at least five employees and whose companies are based in Liechtenstein can submit an application by 18 April to become ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’. This award will be conferred in August by the government and EY. The partners are LGT, Huber, AMAG, Swiss and the University of Liechtenstein. According to the government, the competition is open to companies from all sectors.

In addition to non-cash benefits, the winner will receive a trip over several days to Monte Carlo and Palm Springs for two persons. EY is staging the competition in several countries. The consulting firm will then choose the World Entrepreneur of the Year from the respective national winners. The award ceremony will be held in Monte Carlo.

 “By participating each candidate will send out a strong message for the business center Liechtenstein", says Sascha Stahl from EY. “The competition will enable all participants to gain access to international network and know-how platforms”, he adds.
