Liechtensteinische Post to reopen branches
In Liechtenstein, customers will soon be able to post their letters and parcels again at all counters. Additional measures have been implemented that are designed to ensure the safety of both staff and the general public.
In close consultation with the government, Liechtensteinische Post has decided to gradually reopen its closed post offices that had been temporarily closed. Limited opening times will be enforced and additional safety measures are to be implemented. The Triesenberg post office will be reopened to customers from April 14, while the counters at all other locations are set to be reopened as of April 20.
According to a press release, Liechtensteinische Post will ensure that the restrictions implemented on March 17 will remain in place in order to protect both staff and customers from being infected. It will do “everything possible to keep risks as low as possible”. At the present moment, this requires “forbearance and understanding” on the part of both the Liechtenstein public and all employees. Protective screens and distance markers have been put in place to protect staff and the general public. Disinfectant will be available in all post offices, Liechtensteinische Post writes in the press release.
