Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) is in the process of updating its online banking platform. New and expanded functionalities will aim to improve the degree of user-friendliness for both private and institutional customers.

Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) is expanding its online offering for private and institutional customers. As announced in a press release, LLB will be focusing on delivering “expanded functionalities” and “further improvements to user-friendliness”.

“For this, we used customer feedback from personal discussions and customer surveys in order to optimize our digital offering in targeted fashion and expand it to cover specific requirements”, comments Tobias Schlömer, Head of Group Multi Channel Management, in the press release. The new and expanded functionalities have been available since the most recent update implemented on November 21.

The update for private customers comprises a redesigned dashboard for e-banking and further opportunities for investors. Institutional customers will now discover their own personalized and integrated cockpit “that facilitates ideal collaborations between intermediaries and the bank”. A form center is designed to speed up the account opening process.
