More life at the Villa Wirbelwind
The Liechtenstein Bankers Association and the Liechtenstein National Administration are merging their childcare centers. The carers and children from the center on the Dammweg will be moving to the Villa Wirbelwind on the Äulestrasse in Vaduz.
After the summer holidays, the childcare center of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association (LBA), Villa Wirbelwind, will also welcome children from staff of the Liechtenstein National Administration (LLV), the LBA reported in a press release. The LLV’s existing facility on Dammweg will be closed, but its “childcarers will continue to work within the day care association”.
“With the Villa Wirbelwind, we can provide our employees with a modern and centrally located day care center,” Prime Minister Adrian Hasler is quoted as saying about the merger of the LLV and the LBA. LBA Director Simon Tribelhorn sees this cooperative arrangement as “an optimal solution for everyone involved”. The LBA is “looking forward to seeing even more life at the Villa Wirbelwind in the future”.
The modern and flexible childcare facility is centrally located in Vaduz and offers sufficient space on 500m2 over four floors. Villa Wirbelwind was completely renovated by the municipality of Vaduz and the LBA at the end of 2017. Parents can now choose from a variety of day care offerings at the center.
