The Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein (UFL) now has a certificate course for managers in its program. It is based on the “Leadership Training – Management and Time” program offered by Peter Beglinger Training Zug AG. The course comprising seven modules is run by the company’s managing director.

The Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein (UFL) and the Peter Beglinger Training Zug AG are entering into a strategic partnership. Those interested in taking the course can start the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) entitled “Leadership Training – Management and Time” as of this week. The program is based on practical training which the Zug company has offered for more than three decades. This management training will also incorporate the scientific expertise of the UFL, which specializes in lifelong learning.
As a press release from Beglinger and the UFL’s website states, the course comprises seven training modules. The first six take place at Hotel Aarau West in Oberentfelden, while the final one is in a virtual lecture hall. The training sessions will be run by Dr Oliver Mattmann, who took over the management of Peter Beglinger Training Zug AG in July 2019. He is also an alumnus of the UFL.
According to the UFL, the CAS “Leadership Training – Management and Time” conveys practice-based and applicable thought strategies and principles for the day-to-day management of teams, projects and organizations. It also reveals ways in which personal time management can be optimized.
No specific academic qualifications are required to attend a CAS course, though workplace experience and the ability to apply what has been learned in practice are important. Spaces are still available on the next training block, which runs from 19 January 2021 to 5 May 2021. The course fees of 6,900 Swiss francs include all course materials, fees, certificates and refreshments.
