University of Liechtenstein presents Finance Award
The Institute for Finance at the University of Liechtenstein honors the outstanding achievements of its students in the field of banking and finance each year. This year, six bachelor and master theses were nominated for the Finance Award.
With this award, the university of Liechtenstein attempts to encourage its students “towards exceptional scientific and practice-relevant achievements”, as detailed in a press release issued by the University of Liechtenstein. All banking and finance students to have received a mark of at least “good” for their thesis can apply for the award presented by the Institute for Finance at the University of Liechtenstein. This year, a total of 13 students submitted their bachelor and master theses.
A jury comprising three professors from the University of Liechtenstein nominated six of the 13 theses for the Finance Award Liechtenstein 2019. The winners will be announced as part of an award ceremony to be held on November 28, 2019. This year, IMT Asset Management AG will be presenting the winners with the Finance Award.
The University of Liechtenstein has secured Edi Wögerer, CEO of the Balzers-based Bank Frick & Co. AG, as keynote speaker for the evening, where he will give a speech entitled “Will everything be different in banking?”.
