The TVTG is an addition to the existing special legislative regulations (e.g. the BankG, VVG, etc.) which must, in any case, still be complied with. Together with the TVTG, the following laws were amended:

Duty of Care Act (SPG)

Financial Market Supervision Act (FMAG)

Persons and Company Law (PGR, German version)

Trade Act (GewG, German version)
