Hilcona presents exclusive pasta at Lyon trade fair
The Liechtenstein-based food producer Hilcona is presenting new and exclusive premium pasta products from its new line, La Pasteria, at the SIRHA trade fair in Lyon. They will be launched exclusively in France to begin with.
Hilcona has created a new pasta line for gourmet cuisine. It is called La Pasteria and will first be introduced in France. The internationally active food producer based in Liechtenstein is presenting at the SIRHA trade fair for the catering, hotel and food industries in Lyon. This will take place until January 23.
According to a press release, La Pasteria was created at Hilcona’s Swiss factory. The information provided states that the premium pasta offers “relief for chefs with first-class products without compromising quality, aesthetics, or sustainability versus in-house production.”
The information states that the yellow extruded pasta in La Pasteria products only contains semolina and fresh, free-range eggs. The Gran Raviolo and Rondino products, for instance, are filled “with exquisite, natural ingredients from France’s cuisine such as Ricotta de Bufflonne et Épinards, Charolais Shoyu, Gambas et Piment d'Espelette, Trois Fromages AOP, or Morilles”.
